Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started in this business?
We love cleaning, maybe a little OCD but making life a little easier for others always has been my passion. At Cap's Professional Cleaning Service we offer a solution for a better living and we take that stride.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Both residential and commerical and we love working with both. Residential customers are awesome and we love their reactions when the work is complete. Although we don't see our commerical clients as much due to working outside of business hours we always hear good feedback from the staff.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We did a deep clean for a couple that just bought a new house and they were extremely please. We never met the couple until the work was done. Everything was done by phone and the neighbor let us in to complete the work. The couple was very pleased and hired Cap's Professional Company to come back to do their garage.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research the company, ask questions, call around for other quotes, big is not always better sometimes the small business companies are just as good or maybe even better than the big ones.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of project you want done and how will you be able to put it in your budget.
