What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process I go through while working with a customer starts with basic communication through phone call or email: what kind of work needs to be done, the conditions of the areas, the time frame the customer is looking at. This conversation helps to round up an estimate. From here I always like to come and see the property in person and meet the customer. Once I see the size of the area, condition, etc and talk with the client about the specific needs and wants I then can come up with an estimate.
Once the estimate is delivered and the job is confirmed we then go through the process of picking colors (if the color of paint is being changed), and setting up start day/time. Throughout the entire process it is very important to me to always be in touch with the client throughout the process to ensure they are happy!

My estimates are determined by the amount of time it takes to complete a job and the materials required.
How did you get started in this business?
Art has always been a passion of mine. Drawing and painting has always been a strength I had. When it came time to pick a career I wanted to be happy with what I was doing everyday. I didn't want to have a job that really seemed like a job, painting is more of a pleasure then "work" so I decided that a painting career would best suit me.
