What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have no hard and fast standard for working with new clients. We have some clients we've never met, who live as far away as Florida, for whom we maintain rental properties. We have some clients who have become personal friends of ours. We do what's easiest for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This business has been active in some form or fashion since the 1940s. The current partners have owned the business for 13 years with a combined 40-plus years of experience and/or education in the industry.
