What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with them and making sure that we are 100% on the same page. Going over the scope of the work to be completed. Making recommendations as far as types of flooring best suited for the customers needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything I know is just learning from some of the best pros in the field in my opinion. I worked my way from being just a helper to a fully insured flooring pro.
How did you get started in this business?
Most of my family is involved in the flooring business so I watched and learned from them starting at around 13 years old.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I primarily worked with commercial customers in the past.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a 12000 sq ft lvp project in pottstown PA a few months ago complete grind feathered out the floor to fill In any trenches holes and unlevel spots. The job turned out awesome in every aspect all contractors from electricians to plumbers to painters did a fantastic job and the customer was completely blown away.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the pro knows his stuff and make sure to check and make sure that the pros pricing is in the correct range. Ask to see pictures before and after of work the pro completed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long has the pro been in this field. What flooring will be best suited for certain areas and elements such as water, pets, dirt, etc. Time frame how long will certain stages of the project take. How long from start to finish of project. Ask for the pros advice we are pros for a reason trust me we've seen it al.
