Come to the home or building to assess what you need done, give you suggestions, if applicable, and give you a formal written estimate, and the certificate of insurance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the concrete masonry and building trades since I was 17 years old I've worked in all types of situations anywhere from driving a concrete truck for a living for seven years I work for numerous contractors learning all the different areas of my field I've been in business for 36 years and counting.
