We diagnose the case over the phone or chat. After diagnosis report is generated, pricing is quoted & troubleshooting is done by professional technicians to fix the problem.

We have certified experts with extensive 10-15 years of experience working on laptops, computers, printers & network related issues. Most of them have gone through trainings related to software & hardware & remaining perform customer service jobs.

We offer Free Diagnosis on All technical issues related to computers & printers, wifi network & other peripherals. Upon diagnosing, it depends what tools or how much time will it require to fix & we price in accordingly.

We usually work with home based users however we also cater to small to medium business. We offer set services to home based users & custom-tailored solutions to businesses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Besides IT helpdesk, technical support & services & repairs, we also indulge in software development & website development. Recently we offered a complete business set up to a customer starting from designing website, app development, SEO & Paid marketing to setting up Network Services as well as Annual Maintenance contract for 10 devices and 5 peripheral devices with on-demand onsite support for hardware problems. It took us 1 week to set all up for the customer with utmost satisfaction.

Nowadays, technology is booming & customers are becoming smarter by the day. It is essential for a customer to look into the expertise areas of a provider along with keeping their focus on delivery & customer satisfaction with quality of work.
