We set up a free consultation at the customer's site. We do not charge for diagnosis of the problem.

Hardware repairs are a flat price based on the parts and labor.
Virus, spam, and software/operatiing system problems are $75.00/hour. However, if the system needs to have the operating system reinstalled that is a flat price determined by the amount of recovery reuired (back up/recover files, install non-OS software, etc.)
