Hi, I’m Keith – owner of Philly Tech Help. Everyone loves technology.... until it no longer works! That we come in. We provide IT services to the residents and businesses of Philadelphia.The mission is to alleviate technical headaches and create cost effective solutions to help our partners succeed.
Our residential offerings include PC, Mac & mobile repair featuring flexible hours and free pickup & return service.Our corporate offerings include on-site office network setup, troubleshooting and consulting services.

I had a natural knack with computers. First time I opened one up I had a good diea of what to do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with everyone. It does not matter who you are or where you come from. If you have a problem and are willing to pay I will work with you and give it my best.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently helped a customer recover a lost .pdf file of a book she published. This made my client extremely happy as she thought it was a lost cause.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check reviews. Ask for references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Figure out exactly what you need. If you do not know what you need, have an exact list of details explaining the issues you are experiencing. This will help save time and money.
