What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we like to start with a full technology evaluation. We look at your Hardware, see how old it is, and if it is covered under some type of support contract. We evaluate your Software, Security, Backup and many other areas to make sure you are covered. We then will make recommendations based on what we find.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been working in the IT feild for many years, many of us started in Technology before emial and the Internet.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our hourly rate is based on the the type of client we service. We do offer a discount to home users.
How did you get started in this business?
As the owner, I started in the copier business, servcing all types of copier equipement. as the copiers became digital I was responsible for getting this equipment connected to Computers and networks. I then decided that I enjoyed the Computer networking business more the copiers.. So I mad the switch.
What types of customers have you worked with?
As the owner, I have worked with Peco, Excelon, Glaxco, Smith Kline, SEPTA, Amtrak. many years ago, I change my focus and started to work with smaller organizations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
get references, do your homework. look for experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much am I willing to spend to fix this problem, you need to have a budget.
