Very prompt.. when initially searching for a quote Gary was there same day which was pretty awesome.. gave us options on how things could go.. also did what he could to see that it didnt go above his estimate.. which was a big plus for us.. this repair was not one we had ever thought wed have.. but it had to be done and hopefully now wont have to worry about it again. Now just waiting for the front yard to look good again.. anyone looking for a plumber wont be unhappy with what they get.. Gary is very nice and easy to talk with.. I highly recommend his services
