What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would talk over the phone and get an idea of the problem. Then I would offer to come to them and diagnose their problem and finally give them a rough estimates . Then give them the option to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 plus years of experience .repairing small engines and commercial and personal mowing equipment also handyman jobs such as home remodeling plumbing electrical. And landscaping. No job to small or big .
