Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reply to the phone call as soon as we can. Then we will come out and give a free estimate. Once we make the estimate we will put the customer on a Mon-Fri schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 40 years experience in commercial landscaping. Over those 40 years we've adapted to new changes as to rules and regulations to the way clients want the job done.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We dont typically have a standard price. It mainly goes by time, job, materials and traveling distance.
How did you get started in this business?
My father took over running his buisness from my grandfather, mowing and doing landscaping for real estate agents. After that my father loved being outside and making his work known in neighborhoods for how great his properties looked.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. No matter who you are we got you covered!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In 2019 we had 30 customers to mow after our full time job. 2020 season we gained them all back. It's because our work is quality and we are always on time with the work we provide.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice is if you want a good looking yard don't hire the cheapest guy that comes to you. Look at his buisness and the type of equipment said pro uses. If his equipment is old and beat up normally said pro is just out there to make a buck. Also dont hire the most expensive because who really wants to over pay.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long have you been doing this kind of work? Are you insured? And How soon could you get to the job?
