What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We received a call I try my best to make it to give bid and /or do the job within 24 to 72 hrs. Some jobs can be done same day on the spot also..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience in landscaping 20 years in general repairs 10years in towing and repo services.

Our price depends on the job at hand..not one job is the same so price verys job to job..not many people can beat our price..we try to price match when we can but we have been around for some time now and can tell when someone is just trying to lower our price..
How did you get started in this business?
My family owns landscaping company L.M.Wander&Sons Landscaping Inc 43years strong..I've been back and forth helping them as they have me..worked odd ball jobs for other contractors and learned there trades to open new doors to help more wide open customers base..

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A older lady had car issues and called to have her car towed and was told it would be 5hrs before they could get to her..I was on my way home and stopped to see if she was ok..when she told me that she had to wait 5hrs for a tow...I could not believe she was told that..I asked her how far away she had to go and told her I can tow her I live not to far from her..asked her if she wanted to ride with me to get my truck so she could get warm..she wanted to wait just incase the tow company showed up..I gave her my emergency blanket and said I would be right back to help her..took me about 25min to get back and the look of joy is all I could see..she got in my truck and got warmed up as I loaded her car up..got her car back to her house she asked what she owed me I said if you don't mind can I take a look at your car to see what might be wrong..she said if you think you can figure it out she would be grateful..when I popped her hood it was easy to figure out..her battery terminal was loose I tighten it up for her and told her to pay it fwd.. for something like that I could not charge her..it's been 10 years and I received a card for my birthday every year..that's why sometimes it better to pay it forward we both will never forget that cold night n friendship we have now
