Free on site estimate, paid one flat rate for entire job, client may be home while I clean or not depending on what they desire, special notes are welcomed. I need to be aware of supplys and equipment needed per job if any.

I have been cleaning homes for ten plus years.

Standard cleaning jobs are 150.00-500.00 price varies with job size and the time needed to complete the job.
Also offering: Deep cleaning, apartment cleaning, office cleaning, air bnb cleaning, detailing, organizing, hoard site cleanouts, add-ons with additional fees.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Cleaning out a house that was a hoarded site, and helping the older woman who lived there to get the professional help she needed for her safety. We became good friends in the process.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for trustworthy loyal workers who make great first impressions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is the average flat rate for a job, what kinds of special needs can be accomodated, are there holiday services, and how often can i sign up for recurring services.
