Initial phone call greeting them as Mr. or Mrs. Followed by setting up the estimate to their convenience. Always arrive to their property on time as we value each & every clients time. Listening to their concerns but also adding my suggestions whether it be an immediate concern or something that should be done in the near future for whatever reason, possibly due to the season etc... educating them on their species of trees and what is best to be done and the process for completing such task. Always giving a fair yet competitive price, offering certain discounts where can be applied. Then scheduling their work to be done in a timely fashion.

I have been in the tree care industry for 28years. I started in freshman year of high school working for a small owner operated company out of West Chester, PA. The owner taught me a lot. I went to Penn State climbing school back in 1997, which taught me the basics. I went on to  many tree climbing championships all over the US, earlier in my career. When you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life!

I got started as a freshman in high school thru my older brother who at the time worked full time at a small tree service. 

We mainly work for the residential customers, to smaller commercial clients. As well as some municipality contracts
