When working with Bryant Phillips Construction, you will be dealing directly with the owner. There is no other layer of management or sales that you will need to work with.
We enjoy the reconstruction and renovation of older residences in the greater Delaware Valley. There is a large stable of older houses in this area that have better "Bones" than any of the new ones that being installed today.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit the site, where the project will be constructed. This way we see the style and condition of the residence, in order to tailor the estimate to the surroundings. Present an estimate and go over with client to go over the scope of work and we both have a through understanding of what it represents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning, I have been a construction project manager for both Commercial and Residential Projects since 1987. These projects range from a cost of $1500. to $4,000,000.

Each remodeling project is different and needs to be priced in relation to its scope of work and the materials to be used.
How did you get started in this business?
I was an Operations Assistant Manager for Builders Square when I was offered a position as a Project Manager for a site construction project for a major US Airport.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of clients in the past.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you are dealing with on a daily basis the person that is coordinating your project, not a sales person or someone of upper management.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The correct budget amount that they can safely spend?
The extent of the project that they need to have completed, if their wish list can not be done due to budget constraints?
