Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The First thing we do is assess the clients needs to determine what type of service and what type of paint is needed. we will then give the customers 2 or 3 options to choose from to meet both their quaility/durability needs and their budget needs. we then have our crews come out and prep the areas to be painted. this includes cleaning and wiping all soiled areas like doors, window sills etc. a very overlooked area is the tops of the door casings and window casings, these areas collect dust and are rarely cleaned. we dust and wipe them with a damp cloth. all nail holes and imperfections are filled and the entire wall surface is then sanded. after proper prep is done we apply the paint.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner Joseph Petrick is a former union drywall finisher. He has 3 years of union training and over 20 years experience. owner Patrick Houser has 20 years experience in interior finishing and fire and water damage repair.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

What types of customers have you worked with?
we work with all types of customers. from residential to commercial, Flips,Apartment turn overs retail space offices etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your home work!! research on the net and set the stanmdards your self. this way when you solicit bids from contractors they are all bidding on the ame work and you can make an apples to apples comparison. Not all paint companies are equal and not everyone preps the same way or is as thorough.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
