Residential and commercial.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Had a customer call for an emergency no start after the dealer told her they couldn't look at it for 4 weeks and after a $75 pickup and drop off fee. We were able to get her up and running (onsite) the very next day in 1 hour! She was very pleased she had her tractor up and running immediately and for just a few bucks more than the dealer was gonna charge for P&D. She was also very happy she didn't have to hire a costly lawn service to maintain her property in the interim.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Get them lawn mowers serviced!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Don't wait until the mower breaks to get it serviced! But we're here for you when they do...only questions I ask is when is it accessible and do you have a garage to work in if the weather doesn't cooperate.
