They were professional and very kind. The woodworking, electrical and tiling skills were excellent and the tiling was done very aesthetically. The manager answered emails promptly. Refinishing hardwood floors was okay but not as well done as previously experienced. The middle of the floors look beautiful. For the future, I think it would be very helpful if the manager could be on-site during the job; especially regarding the floors. Trying to describe the issue was difficult without a visual meeting. Overall, we were pleased with the project.
