BEST WORK QUALITY QUARANTEED
WE ALWAYS AIM FOR A WIN - WIN SITUATION; TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY AND MAINTAIN OUR MISSION IN MAXIMISING CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION.
OUR PRICE IS NEITHER CHEAP NOR EXPENSIVE BUT REASONABLE AND CAN BE JUSTIFIED AS WE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO PROJECT DETAILS TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ALWAYS PERFORM ABOVE STANDARDS
WE ARE PROUD TO REFER TO POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM ALL THE HOME OWNERS THAT WE HAVE WORKED FOR, AS WE WON'T LEAVE A PROJECT SITE UNTIL THE OWNER IS FULLY SATISFIED THAT HIS/HER MONEY IS WORTH SPENDING
I ENJOY EVERY ASPECT OF WHAT I DO BUT MOSTLY IS MAINTAINING A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH HOMEOWNERS. TO EARN THEIR TRUST IS NOT EASY SO IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE NOT TO BREAK OR TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT
AT THE END, I FEEL EXCITED AND CONFIDENT, KNOWING THAT MY COMMITMENT AND INTERPRETATION OF THE PROJECT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE HOMEOWNERS INTENTION SO BOTH PARTIES' SATISFACTIONS ARE MAXIMIZED
We are totally satisfied with the work that John of EJ Concrete and Rock did at our house. It was my son's project and he worked with John and got just what he wanted and John and his team showed up first thing in the morning, got started, did an excellent job, cleaned up at the end of the job and we could not have been happier. I would HIGHLY recommend EJ Concrete and Rock to anyone thinking of doing any concrete work. They were the best in my opinion.
John and his guys were accommodating to our needs through the project - even when the weather didn't cooperate. John was great at explaining how the process would go ant the materials he used.
They worked hard and finished the projects in a timely manner. There were many creative things that were included that added a lot to the overall look. They did a beautiful job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.
Very precise and accurate in all aspects of all jobs... cement work , curbs, especially the stone works ... an artist indeed...

NO. I USUALLY ASK FOR THE CUSTOMER'S BUDGET THEN WE COMPROMISE
BACK IN 2004, I STARTED AS AN APPRENTICE. WITHIN A YEAR I TEND TO MASTER BOTH CONCRETE AND STONE WORKMANSHIP.
WHAT I LOVE THE MOST IS THE RISK INVOLVED AND CHALLENGE TO INTERACT WITH NEW CUSTOMERS
ABOUT ALL TYPES OF RESIDENTIAL HOME OWNERS' WHO REQUEST ANY TYPE OF CONCRETE AND STONE WORK
DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK, PATIO, FOOTING, WALL, STAIRS, FIREPLACE AND MORE
MY MOST RECENT CUSTOMER'S BUDGET FOR HIS CONCRETE INSTALLATION WAS A BIT HIGHER THAN MY BID SO WE TOOK HIS INSTEAD
UPON COMPLETION, BOTH PARTIES WERE SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT, A WIN-WIN SITUATION FOR BOTH
DO NOT ALWAYS GO FOR THE CHEAPEST PRICE AS LOWBALLERS SACRIFICE QUALITY.
IT IS WISE TO CHECK A CONTRACTORS' PROFILE AND REVIEWS AS PAST CUSTOMERS WILL GIVE A TRUE PICTURE OF THEIR JOBS, ESPECIALLY THE WORK QUALITY AND CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIVENESS AMONG OTHERS
