A female owned and operated business with 17+ years experience in the field of landscaping. Two Ladies & A Hoe can accommodate services from concept, with a landscape design, to the installation and then maintenance of your property. With multiple Associate Degrees in Horticulture, I have been able to directly put those learned skills into practice for my client base. These skills consist of plant care and disease prevention, pest ID and control, turf management, irrigation installation and maintenance, sustainable practices and a landscape design. Whatever is needed for my clients, I'm capable of providing that service.
I love being outdoors and working with my hands. More importantly, I love turning a clients yard into the space they have only dreamed about that will continue to offer them years of joy. Whether this is done through a new design, an existing concept or through some much needed maintenance, the outcome will be far better than the client's vision. It is an act of passion when I work with my clients to improve their landscape.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of initiating contact with a client is the same for a landscape design consultation as it is for a maintenance job. I personally meet and greet client at their residence. Find out what that customer's likes/dislikes are, what is their desired outcome, what are their parameters, if any, and if there is a timelime for starting or finishing a project.
If doing a design, I attempt to collect as much information as possible - color preferences, particular theme or plants, etc. I try to bring whatever vision that the client has to life. If they don't know what that dream is, I will bring them a fantasy they couldn't have dreamed of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 Assoc Degrees in Horticulture; Landscape Design, Landscape Technology, Sustainability and Arboriculture
15 yrs experience working directly in the field from planting to driving a Bobcat and everything in between.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a standard pricing system. All jobs are personal and have different aspects that need to be taken into consideration.
With that said, after an initial consultation, I would have a better idea of the range of cost.
How did you get started in this business?
I had worked in Sports Medicine but wanted a change. I began helping a friend with her landscape business and went back to school. I have been in business ever since.
