I don't know how others make their service stand out but I know how ours works. First off...we bring good vibes! 😇 Second... Our heart goes into what we are able to do for others. For families...to be able to witness the household harmony that happens right before our eyes. For an client that is getting up there in age (💕)...to be the sole reason that they are able to stay in their OWN home instead of having to move Into one of those assisted living places is a feeling that I can't describe.
It is a privlage to us to be trusted and welcomed in the homes and into the lives of our clients and we do not take that for granted. We always treat your home with respect and clean to the standards of our own home.
Some say that hiring a house cleaner is a luxury. It is not. For some it's a dire nessessity and we understand the importance of helping people clean their home. Sometimes it's just not physically possible. Those are the things that I enjoy about this type of work. There is not much more satifying than seeing my clients faces when we are finished. It is such a relief off of their sholders and to be able to do that for someone feels good. It's self rewarding as wierd as that sounds...

Thankfully what your looking for is something that we do everyday! 😇The way my process works is first, for reoccuring...
#1 We show up and do a "basic cleaning". (We have a check off list). This gives me the opportunity to " get to know" what your house needs and what it doesn't need. Plus you can see how we clean and if we are all a good fit for one another. Two weeks from then, we come and do the deep clean. After about one-two cleanings, I should know how long the maintenance would take. By then we would have come up with a routine and I will adjust to a flat rate. Then I would recommend a deep clean every so often as needed.
Or...#2 We could just come in and do a deep cleaning right from the start, then after about two cleanings I will know how long it takes and I can adjust to the flat rate.
For the first two cleanings, I charge by the hour which is $50 hr. Per cleaner.
We are registered and we do have insurance.
I've had my cleaning business since January 2017. The expierence that I have is hands on training and TONS of Youtube, LOTS of trial and error and I'm still learning stuff to this day. I don't tackle a job not knowing how to go about doing it though and what should be used on specific surfaces.
There is never a "standard" in this business! It would depend on the areas that need to be cleaned. How dirty? # of people? Pets? No pets? There are ALOT of factors that go into pricing. Every house is different. Every family has different levels of what they consider clean. There could be two houses right next to one another...identical on the outside but on the inside....its a whole different story. No two houses are EVER the same. So it would come down to working out and talking about the details.
I have alot of motivation and I want to use it to my advantage and reap all of the benefits that I can bring to my own table!!
Years ago, I was working for a local cleaning company and was only making 40% and she was getting 60%. I wanted to get the 100%!
Thankfully, both of my parents have extremely hard work ethic and fortunately I do also. Why work for someone else with all of that discipline I was taught? And now I'm doing it. It has taken alot of work but I'm all in.
