What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Letting them know what the job entitles. Give them full details on what I cover thru out the whole house.

Letting them know about how long (hours) the job should take.

Make them feel that they are very important to me and my company.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have many many years in cleaning may it be cleaning a restaurant or a production warehouse, schools, and or vacant homes and apartments. Also person who reside in homes. 

I hold a GED in my pocket and all my skills are all Mastered by elbow grease or just common knowledge. I have build so many ways on how to clean grim,hard water stains, hard mold to get out and most off all on how to make your stove or oven look like new. I have so many many tricks that I like to show and tell.
