What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know the customer and focus only on their experience with me and my company. I believe it is more important to estahblish a great relationship in order to make the whole experience a good one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for my father who was a general contractor all my life. Worked with concrete under the guidance and mentorship of concrete businessmen and journeymen for 10 plus years.

How did you get started in this business?
Before learning the craft, I started by focusing on people. When I felp well rounded and confident that I can estahblish good relationships then I knew I was ready to start my business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. I do have a soft spot and will give a discount to military vets and fixed income families.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Being friends with a veteran from the same branch i served and doing a project for him to surprise his wife.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Read reviews, check the CCB is up to date, licensce and bond up to date too.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask every questions they want and a little research on what they will want always makes for a better conversation during the estimate. Also more importantly, do their due diligence and check the contractors credentials, read reviews and check with the state on the contractor's legitimacy.
