Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting our customers face to face and listening to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? I hope to pass on to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have essentially been in the computer repair business my entire adult life. I learned basic computer repair while in High School and went on to college to receive my certificates.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating then working with a computer tech that you can’t ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It's important to really know what your expectations are of the computer tech and communicate these expectations with them before anything is agreed upon. This is always helpful and transparency is key for both parties
