What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start new projects by requesting you provide a description of the problem or service your needing. Any Serial Numbers or Make / Model Number information that could benefit expediting the service is much appreciated but not required. From there we create a quote for service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer Chimps employs former System Administrators. These aren't run-of-the-mill technicians. System Administrators are responsible for running IT Departments at the best corporations. More than capable of handling any request you might have and more.
We also encourage our 'Chimps' to maintain current certifications with Microsoft Products and Services as well as Apple.
