What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a complimentary consultation where I access their needs and wants and then after obtaining that I make recommendations to the customer as to how I think the best way for them to solve their issues and I will then provide a no-obligation quote as to what it will cost & the customer is free to decide how they wish to proceed.

I have worked with all kinds of different customers. I have worked with small businesses looked to upgrade their computers or to grow their business. I've worked with gamers looking for a system to play their favorite games. Seniors looking for something basic to be able to be online. Parents looking for something for their kids to be able to do their school work on. College students looking for a school computer. I've worked with people who were looking at getting their computer to run faster. In addition to all this, I've also worked with brand new users who are looking to learn how to use the internet. Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A customer called me about a computer I was advertising for sale saying he was interested in buying it. When he arrived he mentioned his stepson had the identical computer but he did something to it & the customer was told by a different shop that the computer was beyond repair & that he needed a new one. I asked him what happen & he told me & I then informed him that the computer was not beyond repair that I could fix it in under 60 seconds. He then brought the computer to me & true to my word I had it fixed in less than 60 seconds & since I didn't need to replace anything on the computer so I informed him there wouldn't be a charge for the repair. I did, however, allow him to treat me to lunch but only because he insisted.
