Dmitry is fantastic! From the first point of contact, I explained everything in my message, he responded within an hour or less. Fellow up messages we quicker as I updated him on the parts I had ordered BEFORE he’d even seen my washing machine. Just based off Error codes and what another repairman had said was wrong. I declined service for multiple reason with that service company, when someone, overheard my conversation in the grocery store and said you have to use this company they are Great! But I digress. When my parts arrived, Dmitry scheduled me 12 hours later. He arrived on time, was pleasant, warm, engaging, went right to work discovering I didn’t need all the parts the Previous repairman had wanted to replace, and I’d actually bought after sourcing from other less expensive places. (after I screen shot all the part numbers he showed me on his device). I mention this as it speaks to Dmitry’s honesty and integrity. In future I know he will only do what is needed in servicing my appliances. I will ABSOLUTELY call Dmitry again and be telling my friends and family about this wonderful professional, knowledgable, fair, and respectful repair service. Thank you Dmitry!! My washer is running beautifully.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days, for next day service. The contractor, Demetrey, was professional, competent, and had the job done the day after because he found the discontinued part, and had it overnighted. So happy with the service!!!
