What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I thank them for considering me for their project. I ask them to send me their address so that we can decide on a day that works so that I can stop by and take a look at the area. After the appointment I email or send them an estimate and wait for it to be approved and answer questions/concerns. If it's approved we choose a date for the work to be completed.

I have 11 years of experience working in this field. I am also bilingual.

I began first working with my uncles - my whole family is dedicated to this type of job.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I worked on large property that needed quite a bit of work. Once it was completed the owner messaged me to let me know that his wife had been so happy and impressed with the difference that she got teary-eyed. It made me very happy to know that they had been fully satisfied.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to check out their reviews and ask a lot of questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Just be sure what work they want and ask for guarantees.
