    When working with a new client I like to always do a walk through of home and get an idea of what their expectation is for me. Then when done I always make it a point to see if there is anything else that I can do before I leave. I also like to follow up a few days after to see have the first cleaning went and if there was any feedback for the first visit. Feed back is very important for myself and my team. 

    The most important thing to keep in mind is the safety for ourselves and our clients. So making  sure we stay up to date and aware  of the CDC guidelines for Covid. Also like to teach the proper way to sanitize surfaces and what surfaces need the most focus for sanitization.   

    Before getting into this business I was an assistant manager for a restauran for years. The company I worked for has very high standards when it came to cleanliness of our restaurant. As I'm teaching how to clean with high standards to my team, I'm realizing how much I enjoyed cleaning, and I was good at it. So I decided to give a shot only doing part time. It quickly took off as many clients turned into repeat clients who then helped get the word out by tell friends and family. 

    I have worked with a large variety of different people with very different personalities and stories. And very person I have met has a different story. So with that I know that not everyone is going to have the same expectation.  That's why I always try to listen to each person and accommodate as much as possible!
