It would seem cliche to say that a job well done is the best part of my job. Which may be true but the physical labor is the challenge we seek. We love getting our hands dirty and cutting grass. It's a therapy for us and we enjoy making things look beautiful. There's nothing like the last day on the job. You clean up, take a step back and see the outcome of all your hard work. It's worth all of the long days. The longer the better! To see a dream or idea in your head is one thing. To put it down on paper and choose all of the products you will use is another; but to bring it to life is a reward like none other. I am proud when I can do this for a customer. I treat their property like it is my own but with their dream in mind and a goal to achieve. My partner and I have been apart of this industry for a short time but growing up and providing these same services for friends and family has been our happiness for the last 15 years. Since childhood my partner and I spent our days learning this trade from our grandparents and took that knowledge and never stopped. After moving to Oregon 8 years ago, we made many friends and colleagues by giving the kind of hospitality and services we offer now today for free. We have gained a great reputation with many communities by being successful and empowering in our craft. My partner has even unearthed a natural spring and built a pond for one customer and I myself have completely transformed acres of land into new living environments and crops for new farmers. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By email, phone, or inquiry on Facebook or our Turfhop account, you can guarantee a response within 15 minutes or 24 hours if after hours.
once you've made your inquiry, and made contact with me, you can expect to have a plan made and immediate services. That day or the following we make all of the arrangements and get started on your service need. And the price will be locked in guaranteed.
depending on the size of your service need, you can expect quality to come first and time will lead. There is always availability to make minor changes during the job and you can either work beside us or trust that we will get the job done the way you want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training comes natural when you harvest a craft from your childhood. Learning new ways to do things come as they arise but one thing to remember is like any craft, it is customary and true talent shows when given the opportunity. We appreciate any advice given but trusting that we know what we are doing, can handle the tasks at hand and the end result will be worth it is most of what we ask on return. It does not take training or education to learn these things. It takes experience and timeless hours spent practicing and greatness will show.
