What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to them over the phone and schedule a Consultation. I prefer to meet my clients before any service so they see me, know who I am, feel safe and comfortable.
They schedule a service date, if not the same day. I email the booking and invoice. I then messgae them the day before to confirm the cleaning appointment.
Day of cleaning, I sent a message that Ive arrived, again when I leave and let them know their home is locked up.
