What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sometimes the customer likes me to come out and meet, see the house and give a bid. Some just like me to come and clean. I'm good either way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School of hard knocks :-) I'm very qualified. Ask my many many recommendations. To get a recommendation it's a lot of hard work I have 61 just on next door.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$40 an hour if it's real dirty $45 an hour most always 40.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for Handy housekeeping. Then after about a year I went out on my own. I still didn't plan on doing or having a business full time. One of my clients asked, " can I please put you on this website called next door," I said sure, not having any idea what I was doing

All types of customers. Owners, managers, housewives, husbands, nice ones, not so nice ones. Picky ones and hard to please once but with my determination I always please them :-)
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Occasionally when God tells me to I do this thing called OPERATION BLESSING! I'll work for this person and they go to pay me and I won't take their money. I'll tell them that God told me not to take their money and that he pays way better.
Watching their expressions is priceless. I love it. Giving is way better then receiving! If I could give like that to everyone I would because there's nothing like it there's no high like it ever.
