Typically the first step we take is to obtain the details of the what the customer is requesting by replying to emails, messages, and calls. Next we set a time to comeout and do a detailed quote if one is needed then scheduled the date and time to complete the service requested. If a quote is not needed we will schedule the service after bathing the details of the customers request.
