Carissa joined our team as a backup floater cleaner in November of 2024. With 22 short term rentals in Tulsa and a handful more outside of the city, we have always needed a couple of backup cleaners on call due to the inconsistency and unreliability of some cleaners. This can be a significant barrier when aiming for 5-star reviews. However, Carissas dedication to achieving greatness has stood out from day one. Her understanding of the importance of achieving 5-star reviews and her efforts to maintain high standards have been invaluable. Now, almost a year later, with 48 properties in Oklahoma and all 4 and 5-star reviews, we no longer have to worry about laundry, towels, sheets, or finding reliable cleaners, thanks to Carissa.
