What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do half up front and half on completion... Only because I've had customers try to screw me over and not pay for their concrete so thats a policy 1/2 up front 1/2 on completion
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
December it will be 20 years working concrete ... That's alot of training if u ask me ..
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
If it's set up already and u need someone to come pour for you only ... 1$ a square foot ... If I have to set it up and pour it 5.50 a square foot if I have to bust out existing concrete I double my 5.50 price to 9$ a square foot ... Stamping and coloring can be up to 15$- 26 a square foot it varies
How did you get started in this business?
Tried finishing concrete as a teenager and loved the art and got a self accomplishment out of ever pour I do
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds I've had great ones and I've also had bad ones trying to short me or not pay for their concrete I have installed
