What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I utilize the system called housecall pro. So it provides the maximum amount of communication with the customer before during and after work is performed. If a quote or estimate is needed I will go out for free and give the estimate. At the end of the day the most important thing is that the customer is happy in the work is performed the highest most workmanship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in construction for almost 20 years. From new house Construction to remodel ra fabrication and design.

How did you get started in this business?
Single father with three children and I needed the flexibility to make my own schedule in order to provide for my family as well as their needs mentally emotionally and spiritually.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked at all types of owners from business to homeowners real estate agents landlords amongst others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, if you don't understand something ask it don't just agree to something you don't Have an explanation for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
To explain the pricing, and if possible have it broke down in an itemized estimate.
