What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet them with 110% outstanding customer service, understand their needs, make suggestions of solutions get them back to happy, then communicate with them throughout the whole process and shake their hands and look them in the eye when you thank them for their business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 year of small engines in high school, two years OPE repair, 400 hours of training, Stihl Silver Certified, Scag Silver Certified, Honda level 2 Top Tech.

Repair $50/hr plus parts
Lawn care- min $30, price varies per yard for mulch and trim, bagging, edging are additional
How did you get started in this business?
I've worked on small engines my whole life, then out of high school I worked for a small town OPE dealer, did everything in the store, from sales to service, I left that and went to the automotive industry for a number of years then returned to the OPE world.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have customer service experience with a wide variety of customers, customer of all races, ages, and income brackets.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Repaired a 2 cycle blower for a customer while he was being checked in, had him in and out in 5 minutes, checked in, repaired, invoiced and paid 5 mins. (Recoil resting, exhaust port cleaning, and carb adjustment, customer complaint; rope broke and no power/not as much as he wants
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
While there are many options to choose from you should hire someone you trust, someone you can rely on, someone who is there to help you, not just make as money as they can off you.
