What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I try to provide an open and honest conversation on there issues and how we can work together to repair it. Within one to two days a diagnosis is given along with an estimate to repair
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the small engine repair field for almost 7 years professionally over 10 years combined experience
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $20 per labor hour. Most repairs can be done in one to two hours. Again an estimate will be given before repair work is done
How did you get started in this business?
I wanted to provide my expertise to people who can't afford to replace there unit and often times I explain it can be repaired for less than replacing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all walks of life. If it needs repaired I would love to fix it
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Transparency and integrity. Make sure they know what they are doing.
