Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss clients concerns and expectations. Formulate an agenda price and schedule a deep clean. Upon our first meeting I like to be a little early to introduce myself and walk the space with my client. Then its time to get some cleaning done. Typically 30 minutes before I finish up the service I like to check with home owner and confirm that I have not missed any important tasks or left anything out of place just touch base and make sure my client is satisfied with the job done and doesnt have any special requests or questions for me. If all is good I say my farewells see you next times and I mop myself out the same way i came in ;)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previously I was a lead janitor for Mid-Del school district and have upheld my name in the community as a subcontractor and residential housekeeper. Ive been in the business for 15 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Basic cleans start out at $120 and go up depending on traffic level and size of home or space to be cleaned. Additional fees if we should go over 4 hours to be discussed with client prior to billing. Some tasks are billed seperate such as carpet shampooing interior fridges and exterior wi dow washing just to name a few. Our hourly rate should it just be 1 cleaner is roughly $30 an hour for a team of 2 it would be $45 but these are usually customized service plans.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds in all shapes and sizes from new builds office employees elderly and college students. Homemakers needing a little assistance and busy managers in distress! We have assisted many many people and a variety of circumstances. Im confident we can resolve any issue.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet your pro face to face before hiring and allow them to walk your space with you and discuss your expectations and needs first. This will allow your pro the chance to gather all the info and get a feel for the work scope; and they will beable to more efficiently give you a quote and you wont have to worry about any confusion or unexpected fees.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We have earned it !!!
