About
Farrell's Creations Llc stands out from all of the others because we like to use the clients imagination to get the ending result they want. Love how we get to know our customers before we lay out what they are wanting.
Being able to work with my hand is a wonderful thing, so being creative is something I have loved my whole life. There is nothing else I would rather be doing. I enjoy being able to work with each client and treating the as individuals as we bring their imagination to actual reality. Being able to walk our clients through each step of the job and keeping them informed before, during, and after, I have learned it helps to keep their stress levels down. Clients being able to celebrate their finished project is everything to me.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the client, so we have an idea of what they are looking for, to hear their idea's so we can have nothing less then the ending result that the client wants. If the client is please with the plan we would place them on the calendar and set the date they wish for us to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started training as a craftsman at a youn age by my mother witch was a contractor. My father told me he was going to train me to be a General contractor. So, I am looking at about 25-30 years of training and experience in the residential construction. I am also an insurance adjuster which taught me how to assess damages.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
we do have a free quotes and have the best prices in the area. If the client can present a cheaper quote we do our best to beat it.
How did you get started in this business?
Worked for family business owned by my mother and father.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Several different types. I have loved working with each and every one of them even the difficult ones.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A customer of mine had bought a used shed from that had been posted on Facebook. She called me and ask me to disassemble it and move to her property and reassemble it for her. Once shed was reassembled, it was kind of a blah look to me and with no character. even though I did exactly what she had requested, and she said it was a good job done, seeing the look on the customers face and knowing it was bought sight unseen I couldn't leave unless she was happy. I had told her for the money she paid she didn't get a good deal. I advised her I could make it better and She said she don't have no more money for that, that I did a great job and thanked me. So I went back the next day and told her that her and her kids needed to go have pizza on me. So I placed really nice trim and a new roof on the shed at no cost to my customer. She was so pleased with what I had done and couldn't stop thanking me. I have been referred out to others by her.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be careful because they all think since covid they need to up their prices, because I never raised my prices and i am doing okay.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they are wanting to get done, colors, cost, materials, but do no freak out over the cost of the materials. There is connection that almost every contractor has.
