I used Elias Construction during 2021. They poured and finished a new carport slab (24X20) with an adjoining patio slab (10X28) on the north side of my home. The work was outstanding. These guys are professionals at their trade. Any construction work in the future will involve Elias Construction. Dont even shop around, these guys are the best at what they do.

We work with the customer to consider every aspect at the construction site, since not all the projects have the same characteristics or needs on the developing process.
We use a combined pricing system in order to give the best service at the right price.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working in the concrete construction trade 22 years ago, and after several years I became a seasoned Superintendent developing residential, commercial and federal projects.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home owners, custom homes builders, commercial and federal general contractors, embracing my experience as Independent Subcontractor, and as Superintendent for three construction companies.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I take pride on every project done with the expected accuracy and quality.
The most recently finished large custom homes projects are examples of this; having so satisfied builders and smiling home owners is really rewarding.
But there is nothing more rewarding than having my two kids graduating the same year at USF, I am so proud of you guys !!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never accept quotes on your project without having the subcontractor coming to see every aspect of it, and discuss it with you.
It may be over priced because including aspects like using concrete pumps among others and not using those at all.
In the other hand, it can be under priced, and the safety at the jobsite and the product quality may be compromised.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Allways think on reliability, proven experience, customer references, general liability and workers comp (unless you want to use your own insurance that may cover any accident), as aspects to ask the subcontractor before deciding to hire any.
