What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meeting with them, determining rate, hrs it takes, getting to kmow customer on a one on one basis. making us both feel welcome and needed. meeting children if there is children. dont want no one to be startled or alarmed. taking care of my customers as i would do my family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
grew up in a very clean home. so it has always stuck with me. started cleaning fr neighbors and friends and it kinda took off from there.

it all depends on the customer and myself. what all they are needing or wanting.

it started with just family and took off from there.

rich, poor, friendly, rude, grateful, not so grateful. very uppety and very down to earth. business owners, commercial and residential.

Making my elder couples happy. Smiling getting their friends gathered together cause of their home being cleaned.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
it really depends. dont hire anyone whose not willing to be honest with u. looks can be decieving.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
is this what they want. honesty. friendship, some type of relationship has to be built. trust is a big key.
