What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process for working with new customers are as follow.  We first contact the customer and greet them.  Then we introduce ourselves and we  schedule an appointment thats best for the custumer.  The day before we contact the custumer just to verify our estimated time of arrival.  When we arrive at the custumers home, we introduce ourselves and if the custumer is home we walk the property with the client and we will go over the job that will be done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We always stay up to date on this fast and changing industry.  We attend seminors and groups and we get a lot of our educational resources from the National association of Landscapers.
