Brock Landscaping And Lawn Guy
About
Military Veteran with an eye for detail and never finished until the job is perfectly completed.
I take pride in what I set out to do with anything in my life and your property is not excluded. Unlike other companies that rush in and rush out to get to another job I treat each one as a blessing and will stay until the job is perfect. I could rush through but if your like me and expect a great job when handing out money for services. That’s what I expect and that’s what I deliver. I also like to find someone that will return week after week and not worry whether the job was completed correctly and that is another reason I don’t rush my work . I can be hired for one time lawn care visit or scheduled for weekly to bi-weekly whichever is needed. If only once or through the spring/fall season you can be certain that your lawn will be taken care of each and everytime.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For lawn care I typically speak with the customer to see if there are any details or preferences that are preferred.
Landscaping specific jobs I will meet with you to go over the work that you would like done or help with design ideas and write up a work estimate with pricing and expected length of time to complete.
I am always available to answer any questions whether from new or past customers. If anyone is unhappy with any service I provide I will do everything possible to correct it.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Payment has always been the least enjoyed process for me, but we all have bills and I’m not excluded.
With that said, I try to charge less than others in the area, but this isn’t a reflection on my work performance

Front and Back

How did you get started in this business?
Through the years I worked for various lawn companies and after spending years at a desk job never really feeling like I made a difference.
So I took a chance and pursued what I find to be fulfilling and enjoyable not to mention I enjoy the interactions with the clientele.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all sorts of customers , working to retired. Each client is unique in their own way but all desire to get good service for their money.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
i personally don’t like dealing with the larger companies. I often find they run on a time basis so they run in and run out skipping some details which isnt the type of service I like to spend my hard earned money on.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Basically any concerns that the customer might have should be brought up so that customer and the pro know what is expected or required from the pro.
