Hello! My name is Cierra, and I’m operate a residential cleaning service in OKC called The Dust Detail. I clean all manner of residential properties, from Deep or Detail cleaning to Recurring Maintenance cleanings, as well as short term rental or Airbnb cleanings. I have a number of different cleaning packages: Economy, Standard and Premium, and there’s one to fit the needs of every client. I customize every cleanings format to suit the customers requirements and needs, and it’s my goal to truly listen to every single customer and develop a service plan for their home’s cleaning needs.
I am liability insured and am happy to provide all documentation upon request, and also provide a copy of it for your records in my Welcome packets provided at the beginning of any new bookings.

To create and maintain continuity and ensure a sense of accountability and reliability, I follow very detailed checklists that have been created for every type of job that I provide. The checklists all have a standard format, with the most detailed and extensive cleaning process being followed on the Premium package cleanings, a basic level of cleaning being performed in the Economy package cleanings, and the Standard package cleanings fall somewhere in the middle. I follow specific formula at each cleaning depending upon the package and the type of cleaning that is desired. Clients may customize cleaning services and I will make those adjustments as necessary on checklists and add any additional steps required to the scope of service that I provide to the client so they are aware of exactly what will be happening during their chosen cleaning.
I offer large discounts on recurring maintenance cleanings following a deep cleaning.
Additional tasks, beyond the listed items on the checklists I follow and provide to the client, are typically an extra charge. I will provide the client a list of additional extras that are available and the pricing table I use.
I offer a guarantee, and will fix anything within 48 hours and offer make up cleans if the client is dissatisfied; I’ve never had to actually provide any of those services but they ARE available in the unlikely event that a client is unhappy.
Ask me anything! I’m an open book! I clean 365 days a year including holidays, provide all of my own supplies and equipment. I have very strict guidelines and standards I follow, and you’ll be provided these documents and any other relevant materials upon hire.
