What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial contact we would set up an appointment for a free estimate in which we would inform the customer of the options they have and give them an estimated price for each one. Then we would come out and perform the work approved by the customer. Finally, when finished with the job in its entirety we talk with our customers to make sure they're happy with that as crew
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
