What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call new customers receive a 10% discount when you schedule the appointment online at our website. Some of our customers prefer to speak to me in person and I always like to hear from my customers to give them positive interaction with my company.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the service field for over 49 years,I have been professionally educated and trained high top qualifiers in most or all of the manufacturing field of appliance repair.
I have treated every customer the way I would want to be treated. I like meeting all of my customers for the second third or fourth time as well as new customers for the first time.

My prices in today's cost are fair starting out at $99 per service call, and increases through travel time and mileage which is explained on my website when they booked their appointment online
How did you get started in this business?
Applied to a trade program in my junior of high school and i have work very hard at maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
