We have been designing and building various projects in Central Ohio since 2000. We are known in the industry for our custom designs and our attention to detail. We are a family run business who enjoys every aspect of residential remodel to new construction. We firmly believe that "except the Lord builds the house, they lavor in vain who build it."

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to usually get an understanding of 1) clients needs; whether it be aesthetics, reasons for the remodel or build, rough budgets and time restrictions.
Then 2) set up a time to meet for a free consultation
Finally, 3) we would either get a secondary meeting to give costs and ideas or if the project is fairly straight forward, we would follow up with a cost or quote
4) we would schedule the project
