What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with meeting the new customer and assessing their needs for service. Typically, over the phone we will gather your home address, name, phone number, view the property, and do a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background and college business degree from the university of Toledo. This company was started 4 years ago by me and I am highly motivated to provide the best service that I can to customers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Minimum prices for service start at $25.00/weekly service for up to 3,000 square foot. Prices raise depending on the size of the yard and obstacles within the property.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always done a few lawns every summer since I was roughly 14 years old. I eventually saw this becoming a business of mine and I have strived for that goal ever since. I value my customers and we as Lawn Titans take pride in our work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with over 600 customers in the past.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We provided mulch services for a commercial company. This was an entire week job with three employees. We planted flowers and trimmed shrubs as well. The complex was extremely satisfied with our services and I was glad to get the feedback that my company deserved.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We will provide excellent service to any customer that chooses our company. We will meet you face to face so that you can get the person to person interaction and put a face to our company and know who is on your property.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Size of their yard, size of gated opening, weekly or bi-weekly service.
